Piracy and Crime: Schemes and Scams_Change Agent

A change agent must understand people and change is about people. If you change everything but the people, then there is doubt you'll be effective as a change agent. Change is hard work and it takes a lot of energy. The change agent needs to come to work every day and risk being misunderstood. Living in the future a change agent has a vision of what could or should be. Working as a change agent I would make a change and try to make it stick. When people change they usually change for the better because no one stays the same. Educating people in my work place about “Piracy and Crime: Schemes and Scams” will be hard to do because it is so easy to misuse computers and software. My job would be to help them understand the rules and the laws that govern the use of computers and the software they use on the internet.
