Websites: Development and Upkeep, Laws, Issues, and Solutions_"Change Agent"

A change agent lives in the future and not the past because they have a vision of what they want to see happen in the world around them. A change agent tries to inspire what they feel in others. Getting people to change is very hard when they are so use to doing things the old way. A change agent must be very strong in what they believe in to make others change too because they not only must make the change but must have the courage and be willing to do what is best for the community or work place. Acting as a change agent about development and upkeep, laws, issues, and solutions in websites can be a challenge in many ways. Working as a change agent I would get the person creating the website to follow the ten step mentioned and get them to change the way the way they look at creating a website. My goal is to get then to consider all the issues and concerns about creating a website and to make them aware that others in our workplace and community should be aware of the issues. This change could get everyone involved and thus solve the problem of someone getting sued for lack of knowledge about creating a website without issues with the law. As a change agent I would be the voice to help educate others and getting others involved would help implement change and help people succeed in the world around them.
